Shahid Mustafa Khomeini Hospital, originally established in 1941 under the name Maythaqiyeh, has a long history of providing essential medical services in Tehran. Following the Islamic Revolution, the hospital was handed over to the Martyr Foundation and Martyrs’ Affairs, and during the Iran-Iraq War, it became one of the most important treatment centers for wounded soldiers, veterans, and the families of martyrs. Today, it operates as a private hospital with 200 beds, including 45 special care beds, continuing its mission to serve both the general public and those who have served the nation.
Accredited by the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education, the hospital has achieved first-degree accreditation status. It is also certified to provide healthcare to international patients with the IPD (International Patient Recruitment) certificate.
