These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tabeebo, including its website, accounts, directories, provider profiles, search features, appointment tools, inquiries, Medical & Aesthetic Packages, subscriptions, billing features, reviews, patient AI chatbot, provider AI Assistant, and provider-panel services.
By visiting Tabeebo, creating an account, submitting information, accepting these Terms, or using a Tabeebo feature, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
You must not create an account or use an affected service if you do not agree.
Additional terms may apply to a particular feature.
Telemedicine will be governed by separate provider terms, patient terms, privacy information, and informed-consent requirements when that feature is activated.
2. Definitions

3. Nature of the platform
Tabeebo is a healthcare-directory and technology platform that helps users discover, compare, contact, and interact with independent healthcare and aesthetic-service providers.
Tabeebo:
- is not a doctor;

- does not diagnose medical conditions;
- does not prescribe medication;

- informed consent;
- medical records;
- licences;
- insurance;
- facilities;

- notifying Tabeebo promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Accounts must not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared without authorization.
Tabeebo may restrict or suspend an account where compromise, fraud, or misuse is suspected.
7. Patient responsibilities
Patients are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- selecting an appropriate provider;
- independently evaluating provider information;
- asking appropriate medical and financial questions;
- confirming important appointments directly;
- reviewing prices, policies, and service details;
- obtaining urgent care outside Tabeebo when necessary;
- following advice from appropriately qualified professionals;
- avoiding unnecessary sensitive information in public or ordinary forms;
- confirming addresses and opening hours before travelling.
Tabeebo does not select a provider on behalf of the patient and does not guarantee that a listed provider is suitable for a particular person.
8. Provider and representative responsibilities
A provider or representative confirms that:
- they are the named provider or are authorized to manage the profile;
- all submitted information is accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading;
- professional licences and permissions are current;
- advertised treatments and services may lawfully be offered;
- submitted images and content may lawfully be published;
- professional claims can be supported where required;
- prices and availability will be updated when materially changed;
- contact information and locations will be kept current;
- patient information will be handled lawfully and confidentially;
- unauthorized representatives will lose access promptly;
- Tabeebo will be informed of material changes.
Providers remain responsible for all professional information, public claims, communications, and services connected with their profiles.
9. Provider verification
Tabeebo may request:
- identity documents;
- professional licences;
- qualifications;
- certificates;
- organization-registration documents;
- proof of professional association;
- evidence of representative authority;
- additional information or clarification.
Tabeebo may compare submitted information with professional, governmental, institutional, or public sources.
Tabeebo may:
- approve a provider;
- reject an application;
- request more information;
- suspend verification;
- remove verification;
- re-review a provider;
- restrict a profile;
- remove a listing.
Submitting documents does not guarantee approval.
False, altered, expired, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent information may result in:
- rejection;
- removal;
- suspension;
- loss of a badge;
- loss of access to features;
- account termination;
- referral to a competent authority where appropriate.
10. Provider claims, qualifications, and certification disclaimer
Provider information may be:
- submitted by a provider;
- submitted by a representative;
- obtained from public sources;
- imported from older records;
- translated;
- reformatted;
- technically synchronized;
- edited for clarity, consistency, SEO, or plagiarism prevention.
Although Tabeebo may review selected documents or compare information with available sources, Tabeebo cannot independently investigate, continuously monitor, authenticate, or guarantee every:
- licence;
- certificate;
- qualification;
- diploma;
- professional membership;
- affiliation;
- award;
- claimed year of experience;
- number of procedures;
- treatment claim;
- success rate;
- before-and-after image;
- professional-insurance claim;
- regulatory claim;
- provider representation.
Tabeebo does not guarantee that:
- every document is genuine;
- a licence remains valid after review;
- a certificate authorizes every advertised service;
- a provider complies with every applicable law;
- a provider has no complaints or disciplinary history;
- profile information remains complete and current;
- a provider is clinically competent or suitable for a particular patient;
- a treatment will achieve a particular result.
Patients should independently verify important claims with the provider and the relevant licensing or professional authority.
Tabeebo’s verification process is not a warranty, medical endorsement, or guarantee of treatment quality.
11. Meaning of profile badges
Different Tabeebo badges communicate different statuses.
11.1 Ownership indicator
An ownership or “verified by owner” indicator means that a person has completed the applicable ownership or representative process.
It does not mean that Tabeebo guarantees every statement on the profile.
11.2 Administrative verification
An approved verification status means that Tabeebo has completed the applicable document-review process.
It does not guarantee:
- continuing licence validity;
- professional competence;
- treatment quality;
- regulatory compliance in every jurisdiction;
- patient outcomes.
11.3 Premium blue tick
A Premium blue tick indicates that an eligible Premium subscription is active and that the applicable badge requirements are satisfied.
It is a subscription-related indicator and not a medical-quality award.
No badge constitutes:
- a recommendation by Tabeebo;
- a guarantee of competence;
- a promise of results;
- confirmation of every qualification;
- proof of professional insurance;
- proof that the provider has no complaints;
- confirmation of suitability for a particular patient.
Tabeebo may remove or suspend a badge if verification, subscription, eligibility, or platform requirements are no longer satisfied.
12. Tabeebo’s authority to edit, optimize, translate, and manage provider content
Providers and authorized representatives permit Tabeebo to review, edit, organize, format, translate, rewrite, shorten, expand, summarize, technically adapt, and publish information submitted for a provider profile or related feature.
This authority applies to content including:
- professional biographies;
- specialist introductions;
- clinic, hospital, and organization “About Us” descriptions;
- education and experience descriptions;
- specialties;
- treatment descriptions;
- service descriptions;
- Medical & Aesthetic Package descriptions;
- headings and subheadings;
- frequently asked questions;
- professional contact information;
- written addresses and location descriptions;
- image captions;
- alternative text;
- SEO titles;
- meta descriptions;
- URL slugs;
- excerpts;
- search-result descriptions;
- structured data;
- translated profile versions;
- other public-facing profile information.
12.1 Purposes of editing
Tabeebo may make changes for purposes including:
- improving readability;
- improving clarity;
- correcting spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting;
- adapting content to Tabeebo’s editorial standards;
- improving search-engine visibility;
- preventing plagiarism;
- reducing duplicate or repetitive wording;
- reducing low-quality content;
- improving accessibility;
- organizing information into appropriate sections;
- creating consistent platform terminology;
- adapting content for English, Persian, and Arabic audiences;
- meeting technical requirements;
- meeting legal or professional-advertising requirements;
- improving presentation in search results;
- removing misleading, unsafe, unsupported, or prohibited statements.
12.2 Preservation of meaning
Tabeebo will make reasonable efforts not to alter the essential factual meaning of submitted information.
Editing for SEO, grammar, translation, readability, structure, or presentation does not mean that Tabeebo independently confirms or endorses the underlying facts.
Providers remain responsible for checking that published information accurately reflects:
- qualifications;
- licences;
- experience;
- treatments;
- services;
- prices;
- addresses;
- professional memberships;
- certificates;
- clinical or aesthetic claims;
- other factual information.
12.3 Ordinary and material changes
Tabeebo may make ordinary editorial, formatting, technical, SEO, translation, and accessibility changes without obtaining separate approval each time.
Tabeebo is not required to obtain separate approval for:
- spelling corrections;
- grammar corrections;
- punctuation;
- paragraph restructuring;
- headings;
- SEO titles;
- meta descriptions;
- URL or technical changes;
- duplicate-content reduction;
- translation improvements;
- formatting;
- accessibility improvements;
- removal of prohibited or misleading content.
Where a proposed change would substantially alter the professional meaning, scope of services, or factual representation of the provider, Tabeebo may request provider review where reasonably practical.
12.4 Removal or refusal of content
Tabeebo may refuse to publish, edit, hide, suspend, or remove content that it reasonably believes is:
- false;
- misleading;
- unsupported;
- inconsistent with submitted documents;
- plagiarized;
- excessively duplicated;
- unlawful;
- defamatory;
- discriminatory;
- unsafe;
- contrary to professional-advertising rules;
- likely to mislead patients;
- outside the provider’s apparent professional scope;
- harmful to users or the platform.
Tabeebo may request supporting evidence before publishing significant professional, treatment, result, or certification claims.
12.5 Translation and multilingual profiles
Tabeebo may translate or adapt profile content into English, Persian, Arabic, or another supported language.
Translations may be prepared:
- manually;
- automatically;
- with AI assistance;
- through a combination of methods.
Translations are intended to preserve the general meaning, but differences in grammar, terminology, regional usage, or professional language may occur.
Providers should review translated versions and notify Tabeebo of material inaccuracies.
Some information may be shared between language versions, while other information may remain language-specific according to Tabeebo’s editorial and technical rules.
12.6 Responsibility remains with the provider
Tabeebo’s editing, translation, optimization, formatting, or publication of content does not transfer responsibility for the underlying facts or claims to Tabeebo.
The provider remains responsible for ensuring that all professional information is accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading.
13. Content ownership and licence
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own.
By submitting content, the user grants Tabeebo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
- host;
- store;
- reproduce;
- edit;
- rewrite;
- translate;
- restructure;
- format;
- summarize;
- expand;
- shorten;
- resize;
- technically adapt;
- display;
- distribute;
- publish;
- promote;
- optimize for search engines;
- use for multilingual publication;
- use for accessibility and quality control
the content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote Tabeebo and the relevant profile or service.
The user confirms that submitted content does not violate:
- intellectual-property rights;
- privacy rights;
- publicity rights;
- confidentiality obligations;
- contractual obligations;
- applicable law.
Tabeebo should not intentionally misrepresent the provider’s factual information.
14. Contact details, addresses, map positions, and opening information
Provider telephone numbers, email addresses, websites, social-media accounts, written addresses, map positions, and opening hours may change.
This information may be supplied or updated by providers or representatives.
Tabeebo does not guarantee that:
- a telephone number remains active;
- an email reaches the intended person;
- a website remains available;
- a written address is complete;
- a map pin is exact;
- a provider continues to operate at the displayed location;
- opening hours remain current;
- a particular specialist attends every displayed location;
- an address is identical across every language version.
Providers must promptly update material changes.
Patients should confirm important contact, location, appointment, and opening information directly before travelling.
15. Appointment scheduling and provider availability
Tabeebo provides technological tools that allow patients and providers to request, schedule, confirm, manage, cancel, reschedule, and communicate about appointments.
Tabeebo only provides the appointment and communication facility. Tabeebo does not perform the appointment and is not responsible for the provider’s attendance or delivery of the medical or aesthetic service.
Appointment availability is supplied or controlled by the relevant specialist, clinic, hospital, or authorized personnel and may change.
Tabeebo does not guarantee that:
- an appointment request will be accepted;
- displayed availability is complete or current;
- a provider will be available at the selected time;
- a provider will attend;
- a provider will begin on time;
- a clinic or hospital will be open;
- the displayed specialist will personally provide the service;
- another specialist will not be assigned where lawful and appropriate;
- the appointment will occur at the displayed address;
- the appointment duration will match an estimate;
- the requested treatment will be provided;
- a reminder or notification will be delivered;
- a provider will respond to a message;
- a confirmed appointment will ultimately take place.
Providers are independently responsible for:
- maintaining accurate availability;
- accepting or rejecting requests;
- communicating material changes;
- cancelling or rescheduling;
- attending appointments;
- managing replacement or assigned personnel;
- providing the professional service;
- complying with professional and consumer obligations.
Tabeebo is not responsible for:
- provider absence;
- delay;
- cancellation;
- overbooking;
- refusal to provide treatment;
- clinic closure;
- staff changes;
- incorrect availability;
- incorrect appointment information supplied by a provider;
- failure to respond;
- failure to notify a patient.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tabeebo is not liable for losses arising from a cancelled, delayed, missed, or unfulfilled appointment, including:
- travel expenses;
- accommodation expenses;
- lost income;
- missed work;
- missed flights or connections;
- alternative-treatment costs;
- other indirect or consequential losses.
Patients should confirm important, urgent, or travel-related appointments directly with the provider before incurring expenses or making travel arrangements.
An appointment status shown by Tabeebo confirms only the status recorded in the platform. It does not guarantee that the professional service will ultimately occur.
16. Reminders and communications
Tabeebo may send:
- emails;
- account-panel notifications;
- browser notifications;
- SMS messages;
- WhatsApp messages;
- other operational communications where available.
Delivery may fail because of:
- incorrect contact information;
- spam filters;
- disabled notifications;
- internet failure;
- network failure;
- device settings;
- third-party restrictions;
- software errors.
Users remain responsible for checking their appointment, inquiry, account, and subscription status.
Failure to receive a reminder does not automatically:
- cancel an appointment;
- excuse non-attendance;
- extend a deadline;
- remove a payment obligation;
- create liability for Tabeebo.
17. Medical & Aesthetic Packages
Eligible clinics and hospitals may publish Medical & Aesthetic Packages where the feature is available.
A package may describe:
- fixed or indicative prices;
- starting prices;
- price ranges;
- discounts;
- treatments or services;
- sessions;
- accommodation;
- transportation or travel-related services;
- included items;
- excluded items;
- validity periods;
- provider-specific conditions.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise:
- a package does not constitute medical acceptance;
- an inquiry does not create a treatment contract;
- an inquiry does not guarantee availability;
- suitability must be assessed by the provider;
- treatment scope may change;
- the final price may change after assessment;
- the displayed provider may reject the patient;
- Tabeebo does not provide the clinical or aesthetic service.
The provider is responsible for:
- package accuracy;
- legality;
- availability;
- pricing;
- advertising compliance;
- medical assessment;
- delivery of services;
- refunds or disputes arising from the provider’s service where applicable.
18. Provider subscriptions
Tabeebo may offer Free, Pro, Premium, or other provider plans.
Eligibility, availability, features, and pricing may depend on:
- provider type;
- country of practice;
- professional specialty;
- selected treatments;
- organization category;
- verification status;
- billing period;
- taxes;
- promotions;
- administrative arrangements.
Subscription prices may remain unavailable until the provider satisfies Tabeebo’s applicable verification requirements.
Plan limits and entitlements apply only while the relevant plan remains active.
A paid plan or higher ranking weight does not constitute a medical recommendation.
19. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions may be offered for three-month and twelve-month billing periods.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout:
- a three-month subscription renews every three months;
- a twelve-month subscription renews every twelve months;
- subscriptions continue to renew until cancelled;
- the payment method may be charged at renewal;
- cancellation stops the next automatic charge;
- cancellation does not normally end paid access immediately;
- paid features remain active until the end of the already-paid term;
- the account returns to the Free plan after the paid term ends;
- profile data is not deleted merely because a paid subscription ends.
A failed payment may result in:
- past-due status;
- suspension;
- expiry;
- loss of paid features;
- return to the Free plan.
20. Payments, invoices, and refunds
Where payment services are enabled:
- users must provide accurate billing information;
- payments may be processed by an independent payment provider;
- payment is subject to the payment provider’s terms;
- Tabeebo may verify transactions through server-to-server methods;
- a browser success message alone does not prove payment;
- suspicious, duplicate, or fraudulent transactions may be investigated;
- invoices and transaction records may be retained;
- refunds are subject to applicable law and the displayed refund policy.
Tabeebo may retain payment and billing records for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute-management purposes.
21. Reviews, ratings, and comments
Reviews and comments must reflect a genuine experience.
Users must not submit content that:
- is false or fabricated;
- impersonates another person;
- contains unnecessary patient or medical information;
- threatens or harasses;
- discriminates unlawfully;
- contains spam;
- manipulates ratings;

- contains unlawful advertising;
- is submitted in exchange for an improper incentive.
Tabeebo may:
- moderate submissions;
- delay publication;
- reject submissions;
- request evidence;
- investigate complaints;
- edit formatting;
- remove submissions.
Tabeebo is not required to publish every review or comment.
Providers must not improperly reward positive reviews or threaten users for submitting genuine criticism.
22. Patient-facing AI chatbot
Tabeebo may provide an AI-powered chatbot to help users:
- navigate the platform;
- understand general terminology;
- locate provider profiles;
- locate treatments or services;
- access general informational content.
The patient chatbot:
- is an automated information tool;
- is not a doctor or healthcare professional;
- does not diagnose medical conditions;
- does not prescribe medication;
- does not provide personalized medical treatment;
- does not establish a doctor–patient relationship;
- does not reliably identify emergencies;
- does not replace consultation with a qualified professional;
- must not be used as the sole or primary source of medical knowledge or medical decisions.
AI responses may be:
- inaccurate;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- misleading;
- biased;
- inconsistent;
- misunderstood;
- unsuitable for the user’s individual circumstances.
Users must independently verify important information with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Users must not:
- begin medication solely because of an AI response;
- stop medication solely because of an AI response;
- change a dosage solely because of an AI response;
- delay medical care because of an AI response;
- disregard professional medical advice because of an AI response.
The chatbot must not be used for emergencies.
A chatbot reference to a specialist, clinic, hospital, treatment, product, or service does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Tabeebo.
23. AI Assistant for specialists, clinics, and hospitals
Tabeebo may provide an AI Assistant to providers for:
- drafting;
- rewriting;
- translation;
- content organization;
- administrative communication;
- research support;
- general information;
- profile-content preparation.
The AI Assistant is an assistance tool only.
It does not replace the provider’s:
- professional judgment;
- clinical judgment;
- medical knowledge;
- legal review;
- regulatory review;
- advertising-law review;
- editorial responsibility.
AI-generated content may contain:
- factual errors;
- invented information;
- unsupported claims;
- outdated information;
- incorrect translations;
- unsuitable medical suggestions;
- misleading wording;
- copyright or attribution concerns;
- language that does not comply with local professional rules.
Providers must review, correct, and approve AI-generated content before publishing, sending, or relying on it.
Providers must not use the AI Assistant to:
- make an autonomous medical diagnosis;
- issue an unreviewed prescription;
- replace a required medical examination;
- fabricate qualifications or certificates;
- invent experience or success rates;
- publish misleading medical advertising;
- bypass required informed consent;
- disclose patient information without lawful authority;
- make high-impact clinical decisions without professional review.
The provider remains responsible for all content, communications, and decisions based on AI output.
Tabeebo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, legality, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
24. Search results, ranking, and paid visibility
The order of providers in search results may be influenced by factors including:
- relevance;
- specialty;
- treatment;
- location;
- profile completeness;
- ratings;
- review quantity;
- verification;
- availability;
- subscription plan;
- paid visibility;
- quality and anti-abuse rules;
- rotation or underexposure mechanisms.
A higher position does not mean that a provider is medically superior or more suitable for a particular patient.
Premium status, paid visibility, or ranking weight is not a medical endorsement.
Paid or sponsored placements will be identified where required by applicable law.
25. Prohibited conduct
Users must not:
- violate applicable law;
- submit false information;
- submit false credentials;
- impersonate another person or organization;

- payment providers;
- maps;
- hosting providers;
- analytics services;
- email providers;
- messaging services;
- AI providers;

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

protected Tabeebo materials.
This section does not remove rights users retain in content they lawfully own and submit to the platform.
