Orthokine Therapy

Orthokine therapy, also known as autologous conditioned serum (ACS) therapy, is a regenerative treatment designed to reduce pain and inflammation associated with joint diseases. The therapy involves extracting a small amount of the patient’s blood, processing it to concentrate anti-inflammatory proteins and growth factors, and then re-injecting this concentrated serum into the affected joint. Orthokine therapy aims to enhance the body’s natural healing processes and promote tissue repair. It is commonly used for treating osteoarthritis, tendonitis, and other inflammatory joint conditions. The therapy is known for its ability to provide pain relief and improve joint function with minimal risk of adverse effects, as it utilizes the patient’s own blood components.
