Dr. Mohammad Reza Kazemi, an esteemed anesthesiologist based in Tehran, is widely recognized for his expertise in pain management and minimally invasive spine surgeries. Born in 1970, Dr. Kazemi began his medical journey by entering the Iran University of Medical Sciences in 1990. His dedication to his field led him to complete his specialty training in anesthesiology and pain management at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2004.
In 2013, Dr. Kazemi further advanced his expertise by completing a pain superspecialty fellowship at Iran University of Medical Sciences. He continued to enhance his skills by participating in multiple pain intervention fellowship courses across Europe. In 2019, he completed a fellowship in disc and spine endoscopy at the Max Institute of Neurosciences (MIND) in Dehradun, India, underscoring his commitment to adopting advanced techniques in pain management.
Dr. Kazemi is an active member of several prestigious organizations, including the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), the International Neuromodulation Society (INS), and the Iranian Regional Anesthesia and Pain Association (ISRAPM). He is also a member of the subspecialty group of pain, endoscopy, and minimally invasive spine surgeries at the Spine and Pain Management Center (SPMC).
